Improvements to euphoria stuff

Added experimental euphoria-ish flailing for ragdolls (this does not work with female, combine and metrocop models for whatever reason)

Switched to a more proper way to checks for transparency (less flesh textures missing/appearing on weird parts)

Fixed (most of) the flesh textures appearing on glasses etc where it shouldn't and fixed a small error related to collides

Fixed triggers breaking again on map cleanup
Added gs2_particles_linger_chance convar

Fixed bugs in the mesh generator and some other fixes
