The Earthyburt Finally Learns How To Code Update (Wayne 1.2)

-Removed Max Health Penalty when sanity is low (Too redundant)
-Reverted Health Drain, but now only happens if sanity is fully depleted
-Adjusted Speed Values of Wayne
-Max Sanity Reverted to 125
-Max Hunger Reverted to 175
-Neg Sanity Drain Penalty increased from 1.1 to 1.15
-Changed Quotes when examining other characters
-Added Examination Quotes for 3 Modded Characters: Nagito ([Finished] Version), Hollow Knight, and Gawr Gura)

I actually play tested an actual world with this character for once! Something I should have do a long time ago!

-Fixed Wayne's Max Health Issue
-Made Wayne Faster at Night
-Decreased Max Hunger from 175 to 150

I am going make a new update adding some items for this character, but that depends on how long this burnout lasts. I get burnout easily.
