Fixed major crash

-Updated various examination quotes (may not be 100% accurate):
Bat, Robin, Snowbird, Houndtooth, ArmorSlurper, Thulecite, Red Amulet, Bundlewrap, Honey Poltice, Minisign, LightningGoat, Meat, Desert Stone, Monster Lasanga, Monkey Barrel, Monster Meat, Flower Salad, Ice Cream, Monstermeat_dried, Monstermeat_cooked, Birdcage, Greencap, Gun Powder, Bee, Vulture, Cactus, Pine Sapling, Berry_Bush-Withered, cooked cactus meat, Charcoal, Frog, OrangeStaff, OrangeAmulet. Opal Gem, YellowStaff, Morning Star, Tentacle, Tentacle spots, and Tentacle Pillar.
-Wayne will now say something in disgust after eating: Monster Meat, Monster Lasagna, Cooked Monster Meat, Raw Green Cap, and Glommer Goop

-Added Quotes for Wanda's Update
-Added quote compatibility for goatslice's scout tf2 mod and Iammadeofmeat's Wayne
-Gave proper tags to weapons; Wanda will deal additional damage with them due to them being shadow weapons.

*Mind-craft bandages no longer require silk.
*Mind-craft bandages now need to be prototyped at a prestatitator.
*Super Nolan requires Nolan to be crafted instead of bearger fur.
*Wayne's attack period during day is now .6 (1.666 hits per second), used to be .66 (1.5 hits per second)
*Wayne's attack period during the cave day is now .5454 (1.8333 hits per second)
*Wayne now loses -6 sanity per minute during the day, used to be -10 sanity per minute.
*Wayne now gains +5 sanity per minute during the night, used to be +6 sanity per minute.
*Updated some quotes

*Rewrote the description of one of Wayne's perks
*Wayne's survival chances is now set to "uncertain", while I figure out how hard Wayne is during this version
