INSTALLED THE V1.3 BRS LUA DASHBOARD

New features:
* New Horn
* Doors now closes automatically once starting the engine
* Clamped the generated output bar graph

Updated BRS - Medlenny NX.

BRS Lua Dashboard has been updated with a new function on the driver seat. This function allows you to flash your high beams just like it is possible to do in real life.

All of our vehicles using the BRS lua dashboard received this modification.

Also added more pivot speed to get more generated power, as a lack of it was observed
