Fixed HEMTT's inheriting wrong class, causing them to break missions and etc (without ACE).
Tweaked muzzle smokes for all weapons (including Kozlice)
Tweaked some smoke effects still using vanilla particles

Fixed the crash related to a repeated entry
Fixed the civilian fuel truck not having any destruction effects (this is a vanilla issue, so maybe I should not have resolved it? Let me know if you have any issues)

Big optimization pass! Particle counts are lowered %70-%25 for most common effects.
It should be possible to do small - medium size combined arms missions without hick-ups for most systems.
Added blood particle effect
Improved many effects slightly
