Fixed issue where the script would control all thrusters if it was connected to another ship/station through a connector. This should also fix issues with some thrusters being controlled through a connector. Also added a hibernate ability. When there is no one in the cockpit/remote control block it will run 1/100th the speed as normal. Once you enter the cockpit/remote control block it returns to normal speed.

Added remote control block support.
Added the use of a tag to determine the main cockpit.
Added an offset to the LCD delay time.
