Hotfix for the geology tree

+ Added Impervium ore to both vanilla and dark Lava Oceans
+ Meteor microdungeons now can be found on dark Lava Oceans
+ The upgraded Damaged Handgun now shoots the proper projectile

Forgot to make the upgraded Protector's Handgun do silver type damage

Now including a little extra for the Damaged and Protector's Handgun!

The Damaged Handgun is now craftable like the Broken Broadsword, this update should also resolve whatever possible incompatibility there may have been regarding the intro mission.
