Y'all, this a big one.

Officially incorporated Akaviri's OPTRE MJOLNIR Suit Scripts mod.

Things this now includes:
-Sangheili and Spartans now have activatable energy shields
-Customizable Shield Strength/Recharge for both Players and AI.
-Built-in HUD Screens(Not OPTRE HUDs.)
-A plethora of customizable options.
-A Jump feature
-Speed increases for MJOLNIR Equipped units
-Options to add your own armors as MJOLNIR armors.
>To do this, you need to find the item name of the armor/vest you wish to give MJOLNIR power to.
>The same thing goes for Adding the MJOLNIR HUDs to Helmets.
-MANY MORE THINGS. An entire CBA Tab dedicated to options and customizable settings for your Power-suit's powers.

Bug Fixes/Changes:

-Changed base armor values for First Contact Spartans and Sangheili to better mesh with the shield implementation. FC Spartans and the Sangheili are no longer walking TONKS with armor values of 200. (D8)


-Fixed issue with Sangheili HitPoints missing or not registering, particularly to explosive damage, which made them even more Tank-y than previously thought.
