- Grand Bazaar no longer replaces Bank, only Guildhall and Merchant Quarter, and unlocks at Medieval Faires now (also fixes crashes for Tech Shuffle Mode)

- Added unique 3D buildings for the Mint and Cruise Terminal.
- Added new icons for the Wharf building options, the Mint, and Cruise Terminal.
- Added new icon for the Aerodrome district to reflect its new mixed use as no longer only a military district, but also a civilian one.
- Added compatibility with mod: UC - Building Expansion (Light).
- Adjacency bonuses of the Commercial Hub and Harbor reverted to just give +1 Gold for every *two* adjacent districts. The districts are already frontloaded in value due to the trade route, and it made the Waystation overpowered. "High adjacency" requirement for policies and such has been lowered to 5 to account for this.
- Fixed the description for the Admirality Court policy card.
