Small fix to load folders and hive spawner code

Potential fix for cave in and earthquake event errors

Moved earthquake and cave-in events to Caverns. Why they weren't there in the first place? No idea!
Does anyone read these changelogs? Also no idea!

The events-based error is safe to ignore. It's caused by a third party mod but we can't figure out which!

Lava generator now works for Odyssey lava as well as Biomes! lava!

Hermetic Armor now has vacuum resistance!
