Get rid of janks

~ New Dtilt animation

- Dtilt lag increase 0 (4 if whiff) -> 11(15 if whiff)

~ New Fstrong animation

- No longer use Jab's whifflag and animation (10) new whiff lag is 16

~ Final hit of Fstrong and Halo Fspecial have their hitpause scaling significantly reduced, the same reason why Zetterburn has little hitpause on Fstrong, there is already a long animation before the final hit.
