Quick adjustment of the script, added a few more logs and tweaked some of the spawn settings. Should definitively end the spawn force problems. Script logs always welcome

Added a validation check for undercity entries to prevent lua errors that would prevent end turn from being reenabled. Also moved this validation check and the table remove function after the callback to ensure even if it does somehow fail the callback will fire and reenable end turn after 5 seconds.

Moved callback function to before the army spawns to ensure script breaks dont prevent it from happening.

Disabled Old World Skaven mechanic introduced in last patch, caused incompatibilities with startpos mods
