Added the HUD icon back. Reduced the file size of some textures.

Deleted the script for maximum compatibilty with the Last Stand update. A proper update will come later.

Reverted back to Tier 2 sniper_rifle from T1 SMG because the bots were trying to fire it full auto (without releasing the trigger)

Script rebalance. Less reserve ammo, more damage.
