*Fixed an issue where the regular Imperial Sword and regular Imperial Bow could not be improved. I somehow wound up with both of those recipes using the Skyforge variants instead of the regular ones. It should be working properly now.

*Updated all Skyforge Imperial gear pieces to have the material type of steel. This should NOT affect their classification as heavy or light pieces, however it will likely shift them to the steel section of the smithing menu. This should also allow ALL of them to be affected by the steel smithing perk for improvement.

*Finished balancing the armor. I started by adding 50% to the vanilla armor and weight ratings of the heavy armor pieces. I then used the following formula to create the light armor stats:

(vanilla light stat / vanilla heavy stat) x (Skyforge heavy stat) = Skyforge light stat

The few exceptions are the following:
- Officer helm received three more armor rating points and one more weight point than the normal heavy helm.
- Full helm received four more armor rating points and two more weight points than the normal heavy helm.
- The studded cuirass received one more armor rating point and one more weight point than the light cuirass.

I made these three changes without any sort of formula only because they seemed to make sense to me.
