Added flavor text for the rest of the races, including:

Bretonnia
Dwarfs
Wood Elves
Vampire Coast

Redid the recruitment cost effect, so now it costs more to recruit units if you are at negative public order.
Growth now is increased slightly at higher public order, instead of a decrease.

I also went and hid the effects such as "Research Rate: 0% in this province" as to not clutter the information being given to players. Let me know if this should be re-implemented!
