Renamed category[github.com]

This update moves the TARDIS Legacy to a new category in the spawnmenu: "Doctor Who - TARDIS (Legacy)"

This change was made as other legacy TARDIS addons are being released on workshop now and will make use of this new category so they can all be grouped together.

This is another compatibility update in preparation for Wiremod support for the TARDIS (formerly TARDIS Rewrite).
