Changed texture sizes from 1024 to 256.

Improved geometry with more of a distinction between the blade and the handle.
Greatly improved the masks giving a polished metal look and a nice distinction between the blade and the hamon.
Changed the position of the blade itself in Spectre's hand, so it lies in the fingers instead of the base of the thumb.
Slightly reduced the overall size.
