Fixed application of AI and food shortage modifiers

UI

  • Amount of supplies will now be show in the commander panel
  • The effect of stances on supplies will now be displayed in the summary of stance effects
  • Effects of food shortage/surplus will be shown

Scripts
  • Improved assignement of post battle supply gain/loss
  • Added AI modifier
  • Added global food modifier
  • Added force size modifier
  • Ensured scripts run error free

Balancing
  • More granular supply levels

  • Gain a large amount of supplies in own territory
  • Gain a small amount of supplies in own territory
  • Not loose supplies in neutral territory
  • Loose a medium amount of supplies when at sea
  • Loose a large amount of supplies in enemy territory
  • Loose a huge amount of supplies in desolate regions
