Fixed the needies count in the HUD not updating

Fixed an exception that could happen with BetterCasePicker, noteabley in the vanilla missions

Three changes to Tweaks:
- The number of needies are now displayed on the HUD in cyan
- Changed BetterCasePicker to properly ignore Multiple Bombs information stored in missions
- Fixed an exception when trying to read the settings file too quickly on Linux

Many fixes for Tweaks:
- Corrected the red and white wire logging to say 50 Hz not 55 Hz
- Fixed a bug where the settings file would get into a read/write loop
- Fixed two issues related to Factory and sequential modes

Fixed a bug where the second bomb would instantly explode in Zen mode

Made it so that Time Mode handles modules having no point value without setting value to be 6 in the ModeSettings file. But the value is still treated as if it were 6. This is so that the Mode Settings Editor can visibly show when modules have undefined point values.

- Added a module solved message to Probing

More major changes to Tweaks:
- Mission binder TOC entries can now be hidden.
- Added logging for the Probing module.
- Word Scramble now accepts “papers” in addition to “sapper” as a valid word
- In Time Mode, modules can have a bonus score that’s based on the total number of modules on the bomb. This is useful for modules like Forget Me Not and Souvenir.
- Fixed LED Encryption’s module alignment.

Accidently removed the wrong file from the last build, this should be fixed now

- Fixed Zen Mode not respecting Global Timer adaptation
- Fixed Factory's emergency lights flashing in Zen Mode
- Fixed TTKs being modified when TP is active
- Fixed best records being saved when they shouldn't
