REALLY added helm to Ysgramor's outfit in Sovngarde this time

Added world model for the helm so now it will appear on the ground and in your inventory as it appears when equipped.

Reduced magic resist to 15% to dial the uberness of the enchants back a bit.

Also, added the helm to Ysgramor's gear in Sovngarde.
