Fixed bug where certain AI nations - most commonly England, Timurids, Haixi, Malacca, and Vijayanagar - would receive the modifiers even when "Player Only" was selected.
Fixed mistake in the description to the modifier activation event.
Also added more modifiers and tweaked current ones.
