The background for the default health bar will no longer show up.

Thanks to Bravo2 to figuring out how to do that.

Changed color of Chosen health bars to purple to match default UI.

Fixed focus showing incorrectly for units with 0 focus. Also did the same for will, even though I don't know if a unit can have 0 will.

Added focus bar.
