I appreciate you going into further details and trying to solve this issue that has existed for years now, but unless you can restore the lost data files, and then get the map to load and make sense of the Console, I'm afraid it's a lost cause.
Hello! It's Prince. It's been a good few years since I've made this map, and it was my first big delve into complex structures and custom textures. I made this map on a very old and poorly performing PC, and I had lots of trouble getting the map files to upload.
When I made this map I didn't know all the intricacies of the map files themselves, such as GMA folders and such. Due to this, the map was uploaded improperly, and files were lost. The original file is no longer available, as the PC is no longer available. I have not touched Hammer Editor in maybe 3 years now, so I will be of little help for this issue...
In the unlikely event you still have the vmf file, I could do some further investigation on the compilation process. Like does the map still compile if you skip VVIS?
(Regarding the top part of the description, Source wasn't designed for open maps, but for corridor shooters)
