TOW Missile Launch Vehicle Mk.7

Now presenting the TOW Missile launch vehicle!
This, using Whiplash's glorious MART and missile scripts in unison allows
a player to deploy a mobile missile platform, that can not only fire, but guide its
HIGHLY destructive payload to a target via a designator built into the aimable
launch platform!

In terms of range, this has been successfully led onto a target at a little under 4km
and can likely go much further, thanks to camera zoom for more accurate ranged targeting.

In terms of damage, this was able to cripple a landed large grid multiple crew ship
on multiple tests.

The launch platform also has two gatling guns fitted for close range defense.
