Finally!

You require a Popo Chipcard to finish the game. From what I know there are three ways to get one:
1. You can steal it in the Wum house (drop from the left side of the roof and infiltrate the room with two Wums and the Popo Chipcard).
2. You can buy it at the train station (would not recommend this, it's expensive and would require a lot of grinding for Smurt).

3. You can get the Chipcard after you have done the following:

• Beat both bosses (Ice Cream Monster and the Dust Monster)
  
• 4 days have passed after entering the Wum House (use the Bath on the 2nd floor to speed up time if necessary.)

Then go the the service desk and talk to Carlo twice. First time he will thank you for getting rid of the dust but will still want you to leave. Second time just say: "I can't find a Popo Chipcard!" followed by "They won't give it to me." Carlo will leave the room, come back, and give you a Chipcard.

Mud Wrestler

This one is pretty simple. Just make yourself very dirty. I'm not sure if this can be done by shooting yourself with Gumgumguns. What I did: when you start the game, you begin in your room in the Wum house. There is a pizza box next to you. Jump in and wiggle around until you unlock this achievement.

That's my TV!

Find Drekel (shop owner) high in the Wum Garden. Confront him about stealing your TV (talk to him). Then shoot him with your Gumgumgun. This should unlock the achievement and gain you some Smurt.

Gumgumgun Enthusiast

The description of this achievement says you must buy all Gumgumgun upgrades from Betty's shop, but I actually found a lot of the upgrades by fishing (with quality and legendary hooks). I would recommend using a legendary hook to find the Bazooka upgrade (since it is very expensive otherwise and would require you to farm for a lot of Smurt). So you can either buy the upgrades from Betty, or find them by fishing. (This does not require buying colour packs, I believe).

The Artist

This one is also pretty simple. In Betty's shop, buy a colour pack that colours the Gumgumgun (the ones that look like semi circles) and combine it with your Gumgumgun in the upgrade machine next to her. I don't think you need to change the colour of your Gumgum shots too (the ones that look like tear drops).

Maximum Firepower

This achievement is actually a little tricky. It requires you to upgrade your Gumgumgun and Bazooka with one upgrade each. It is also required that you upgrade your bucket. This can be done in the Underground Passage at Bremco's fountain. Place the bucket on the pedestal and it will be upgraded.

What are you doing?!

You require a Popohat for this achievement (it can be bought in the Popocity store). Equip your hat and go to the Undercity. Wait for the purple tram, then board it and take control of the lever with your Popohat (the lever is located on the top left of the tram). Now, control the tram, bring it to the left, up the tram elevator, and bash your tram against another tram. This should unlock the achievement.

A Friendly Future

This achievement requires you to go to Wondersplenk. Buy 40-50 Wondersplenk coins and go to the fortune teller (located on the bottom left of Joy Splenk). This is the boring part. Keep getting your fortune told by the Fortune teller and try to become his friend. This will take a long time and a good amount of Wondersplenk coins. I don't think you are required to go into the dark room.

Professional Exterminator

As the achievement says, you must kill 800 Kneft.
I would recommend doing this after you complete the Popo City segment (reunite Breevis and Henk). Go to the underwater Kneft located under Hendrik Visser (Undercity). Equip your swimming suit and go to town. Exit the screen on the left side, then re-enter the screen to respawn the Kneft. Keep going until you get the achievement.

Boss Run: Noobie

Pretty simple. In boss run, click on the fish boss and beat him in practice mode. Thanks to 毕竟秃样的年轻记者 for providing this information.

Boss Run: Obey Stoplight

During the boss run, you should obey the traffic lights (stop when it's red). You are not allowed to make a mistake (get hit) on the Stoplight boss to unlock this. Does not require you to finish the boss run. Thanks to 毕竟秃样的年轻记者 for providing this information.

Boss Run: Cleaning Duty

Buy the breft2000 during the boss run and defeat the dust boss using ONLY the breft2000. As pointed out by (+[__]::) Stovich:
"The boss does not hurt the player on contact, so simply stand inside the boss and spam the Breft 2000 attack. You will take some damage from his attacks, but you can also eat the breft suit's ball for health."

Boss Run: Good Job!

Beat the boss run on any difficulty. I recommend you save up to buy the rapid fire upgrade for your gumgumgun as soon as possible. Then just make sure you buy sufficient food in case your health gets low. You are not required to beat the Nightmare Pumpkin at the end.

Boss Run: World Champion

Beat the boss run in under 25 minutes on normal or higher difficulty. While fighting the bosses, you will see a timer on your screen. The timer pauses when you are in the rest/shop area, so don't worry about rushing through your shopping. Again, I recommend saving up to buy the rapid fire upgrade as soon as possible. Other than that, buy enough food to stay alive and buy the blarb that increases your damage. You are not required to beat the Nightmare Pumpkin at the end. Good luck.

Boss Run: Impossible

Beat the boss run without buying any items on normal or higher difficulty.

Boss Run: Collector

You just need to buy Tein Taatseb's helmet in the boss run. I recommend doing this on easy. Upgrade your gumgumgun with the rapid fire module asap and save up to buy the helmet.

Boss Run: Entrepreneur

Help Raab start his blarb smoothie business. Basically you have to talk to Raab, buy the necessary ingredients from Tein's shop and place them in the blender by Raab. You need to make 4 different blarbs to unlock this achievement (see in table below). Once you've made a blarb, you will be able to buy it from Raab for a cheaper price.
