It indeed is too hard because you have to paint everything. I guess if there's a small puzzle before the main puzzle where the laser has to go all around before hitting one catcher, it will change the mindset and people will look into doing that, and if all angled panels on the ceiling have paint, this can be the visual clue. It would still be a hard puzzle, but the trial and error part would become more obvious.

Holy dang this is hard. To have to resort to a screenshot (which I have not seen) and to paint all the walls and then do trial and error? You've taken the fun out of this one and made it incredibly tough. Sorry to say but this is a fail. Your other chambers have been good though.

well when built something like this it is very hard to know if it to hard or not because when you built you don't have to think in the same way. I guess i try to simplify it.

My answer: Seriously? You expect us to be able to come up with this? Sorry, but this is a downvote. this is not a logic puzzle anymore. this is plain luck if you ask me.

If the solution in the screenshot is the intended one then yes, for me it is to hard.
But it's not the kind of test that appeals to me, sorry. I like your other dual laser tests because I could see the solution but in this test I would need to paint everything and then, with trial and error, try to get all catchers.

Was it to hard ?
