As your changes are now part of the official source, your previous mod item is likely okay if your description is detailed enough (include link to Github and name of the license). Please remove "by Zabuza" from the thumbnail though. Or add "modified by ..." to it. Just to make sure that people dont think that I am author of your item, thanks.

No, I stopped maintaining this mod. It is open source though, feel free to post a fix or find someone who wants to do it.
