Reduced Sprinting Breathing Volume

Mô tả
Reduced the volume of the sound file that is used when sprinting by 50%(Could be wrong). The breathing was louder than guns being fired. Solved a personal problem that could also be a public problem

Noticed the heavy breathing recovery sound is still at 100%
