Optional & Route-related achievements
Fully obtainable by choosing certain actions during the story. Some of them are tied to the romance option you chose during the story. Obviously, spoilers: read at your own risk.

Demonspawn Lore
Chapter 1: when you're in Orchid's library with Ari, ask her for a reading recommendation and read the book she gives you.

Demoncat
Chapter 1: after Orchid's dinner, examine Mr.Edgardo before leaving. You can do it by dialogue options, just don't pick the third dialogue option when you see the cat hissing at you.

Murderer
Chapter 2: you obtain this one by killing Target Practice Mark with the vial of poison you find at the end of Chapter 1.

Infernal patron
Chapter 3: ask Raze as many questions as you can when he speaks to you through the amulet.

Dangerous love
Chapter 3: kiss Sir Brash when you're alone in the tower with him, after the dream sequence. If you're familiar with the Neverwinter Nights' modules, you'll recognize the scene.

Retribution
Chapter 4: choose to rip Sir Brash's chest apart to look for his heart.

Soft-hearted
Chapter 4: choose to help Sir Brash.

Science Macabre
Chapter 4: read all entries in Rivera's diaries. It's self-explanatory, you can do so by selecting the appropriate options.

Resourceful
Chapter 4: convince Ari to help you without Raze interceding. No matter how much you'd like Rivera dead - the focal point to earning this achievement seems to be whether or not you tell Ari that you want her mistress dead. As long as you promise her that you won't harm Rivera, her apprentice will be willing to help you.

No Mercy
Chapter 5: choose to kill Rivera when the occasion arises. Beware: if you convinced Ari to help you, you'll be breaking your promise to her, and you'll have to calm her down unless you want to be stabbed in the back.

Lawful Justice
Chapter 5: convince Sir Brash to take Rivera to justice. You'll still need to stab her - just take care not to inflict a mortal wound and demand that she's brought to justice.

Rendezvous
Chapter 5: make plans to meet Sir Brash when he asks you if you'd like to meet him again in the future. Easily obtainable if you're romancing him.

True Ally
Chapter 5: choose to side with the imposter and tell him you'd like to stay allies regardless of the real Raze. Don't use the ceremonial knife S'yke and Rynn gave you.

Oath Breaker
Chapter 1&5: promise Orchid that you're gonna protect her son, then break your oath by siding with the imposter. There's no real way to keep both demonspawns and one of them will have to suffer.

Oath Keeper
Chapter 1&5: promise Orchid that you're gonna protect her son, and keep your oath. You'll need to accept S'yke and Rynn's help and use the ceremonial blade on the imposter. It's recommended that you also kiss him doing so: otherwise, he's gonna throw you in the flames.

Gentle Love
Chapter 5: kiss Ari after dealing with the imposter. Be careful around him: should you mention you love/care about her, he's gonna throw her in the fire, and then there won't be anyone left to kiss for this achievement, clearly.

Witch Companion
Chapter 5: travel with Ari after everything's over. Tell her you'd like to travel together when she asks and try to make her survive during the final confrontation with the imposter.

Demon Bride
Chapter 5: after confronting the imposter and choosing him over the real Raze, tell him you'd like to stay with him in Inferno when prompted. Part of "Raze"'s romance path.
Demon speech
This section will contain anagrams' solutions that will help you with unlocking the Demon speech achievements. If the anagrams feel a bit difficult to solve but you don't want to follow this guide, you can always try using an anagram solver to get rid of your woes.

Demon Speech 1
Decipher all the messages in Chapter 1.

The anagrams are:

headmen rot: demonheart

salve end: enslaved

rotted men: tormented

babe unreal: unbearable

more myth: my mother

Note: there's also an additional anagram you can encounter by choosing to stick with Ari during Chapter 1, however, it doesn't count for this achievement. In any case, the solution is:

horned mate: demonheart

Ari will also explain why demons seem to like anagrams, if you're curious!

Demon Speech 2
Decipher the message in Chapter 2.

Yes, there is only one, and that is:

halt elk mill: kill them all

I don't think there are any "secret" anagrams in Chapter 2, but if you found them, then by all means let me know and I'll gladly add them.

Demon Speech 3
Decipher the messages in Chapter 3.

The anagrams are as follows:

heard me not: demonheart

top mistake: make it stop

he dreamt on: demonheart

ash dew hot: the shadow

amulet gash: laughs at me

Demon Speech 4
Decipher the message in Chapter 4.

Only one anagram:

heart we tore: there are two

Thanks to Battle Maid for the extra-quick tip!

Demon Speech 5
Decipher the whole message in Chapter 5.

By far, it's the most complex anagram. Ari will give you tips if you ask her.

i procures you: your precious

rings bite him: Bright is mine
Secrets
Touchy fingers
Touch the demonspawn's amulet in the main menu.
Alignment achievements
There's now a total of five alignment-related achievements. The first four can be obtained any time, by sticking to a certain alignment until you max it out, while the fifth is obtainable by playing the game as good Bright and evil Bright (thus requiring two playthroughs).

Personally, I found the "good" related ones a bit more tricky to obtain, as there seems to be a shortage of dialogue options that can give you point in Good. The trickiest one is probably Rebel, since dialogue options that seem Defiant might actually end up awarding points in Evil.

Saint
Max points in both Good and Tactful.

Rebel
Max points in both Good and Defiant.

You can obtain points in Good by saying and thinking basically good things, such as offering to work at the very start of the game, or praying that you'll get the job you want. Defending Orchid also grants you points in Good - not many of them are needed 'til you get to max.

Regarding Tactful and Defiant, discerning what option gives what is pretty easy. Being sweet and polite earns you Tactful points, while insulting everyone, fighting off guards and generally having a knack for insulting people earns you Defiant points. In my experience, you can earn a lot of points by being rebellious during Chapter 2, just be careful not to wish death upon anyone if you want the "Rebel" achievement.

Snake
Max points in both Evil and Tactful.

Destroyer
Max points in both Evil and Defiant.

In my experience, Evil points are far easier to obtain. Evil actions include: wishing to leave your family behind, desiring money and fame, laugh at people's misfortune or facial expression and generally wanting someone dead. Agreeing with Raze during Chapter 2 will also make you lean on the evil side, but probably the actions that can earn you most evil points are taking the vial of poison thinking that the good times are about to begin and poisoning Mark's stew.

Alternate Universe
Finish the game as good Bright and evil Bright.

Simply replay the game with a different alignment.
End note
I hope you all had as much fun as I did waiting for each chapter to come out - the long wait is finally over, and thus this guide is more or less finished.

Feel free to let me know if you'd like me to add something!

I was confused on Infernal Patron myself. The way to unlock it specifically is, there are three occurrences during Chapter 3 where Raze speaks to you in depth through the amulet: once right after the cage cutscene that kicks off Chp 3, a second time where he asks if you have any questions, and a third time when he continues questions from the second time. I don't think the first time counts, but I'm pretty sure during the second and third times you have to ask all the available questions in order to pop the achiev. That's how I popped it for myself. Hope this helps.

i noticed that you can get the dangerous love achievement from the final dialogue you get with Sir Brash in Chapter 5, if you confess to him he'll kiss you.

@Attalanta The endings are left somewhat open with no cg at all to accompany them, they continue in the sequel, Demonheart: Hunters :)

Is there an actual walkthrough of how to get each of the characters romance endings..? I got Brash's meeting but the ending was a huge let down since there was no meet up or cg for it.

Can't get "internal patron" achievement. I tried all the possible options, but something goes wrong. Maybe someone will tell what is the matter? :southey:

Thank you very much, I'll now try to find out what options are good and bad :D

Basically, it's about playing the game with different alignments, one playthrough as good and another as evil. Actually I'll update the text in the guide as well since it's s little obscure
