This asset has been made with many mods in mind as when you place it in game you will notice its not decorated. The following mods will enhance the look and feel when used creatively:

* Move It!
* Control Level Up
* Building Themes
* More Beautification
* Prop & Tree Anarchy
* Prop Precision

This asset has been designed to be used with the RICO mod, the current settings are below but remember you can change these to what you want from within the mod.

Where is this found in game?
You can find this Building either under the level 2 Unique Building, or under high residential for the RICO mod. Also remember you can add this to any category you like with the RICO mod.

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 1,260 Polys
  • 3,250 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (356 tris)

@free - I don't think its that bad considering people will probably only have one or two in their city. I did try doing a lot just with textures but i wasn't happy with it and I like to have a lot of detail in my models to make them look as good and realistic as possible, so in the end i sacrificed the tri count to do so. Its how I've done all my assets (granted this is probably the most tri heavy one to date)

Super heavy on the tris, way too much molded detail in the frame that could be done with textures like the window sills etc. Can't really tell from the image but it looks like you even protruded the roof ridges.
