What it is?

# A water tower with a road in front, and a ped path going through it
# Above you can see the entire building set (all in my workshop)
# This means you need some pixel accurate right drag rotation to align this to a road so it doesn't look wonky as all hell ;p

# You can, and probably should, open this up in the editor inside skylines and change ground to whatever you need, or remove the road entirely, the building doesn't need road access, but it's a water tower in function, so mind ground pollution.

# Now due to how water towers work in this game, you may wanna consider opening this up in the editor and remove the road if the way that works bothers you immensely, you have permission to redistribute the building, as long as you mention my nick. This includes compilations, adaptions (prices/maintaince/water generation) as well as props.
