This guide remove the blurry effect without touching others post process effects (high or ultra in game)
Go to C:\Users\ *user* \AppData\Local\TekkenGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ (turn ON view hidden files in windows explorer)

edit Scalability.ini (blank file)


Enter this :

r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0



[PostProcessQuality@3]
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0




close and save!



2 : high settings (postprocess options in game)
3 : ultra settings (postprocess options in game)
