It's better at close range and in hipfire. It's also A LOT easier to lead shots with or shoot reliably at range because of the spread. Just aim just around the head at any range and the filthy American is dead. The spread also helps to compensate for the "sight" that's just a little nub, which is zeroed at some unkown distance.
