Yeah well, Rico settings does not change anything for those who do not use it. Rico isn't meant to destroy the spirit of the game as you say. It has 2 main purposes. It allow for buildings of footprints larger than the 4x4 growables to be used as industrial, residential, office purposes. It also allows users to give a specific feel to certain parts of their city by choosing which buildings to put where. It's up to users and authors to put proper statistics for their buildings. If Rico settings are provided with the asset, the likelihood is that peoples will use it as is instead of adding it themselves and creating a set of statistics which are completly out of whack with everything else in the game.

About prop or RICO:
Sorry. Really sorry. Personally I only make modds that do not change the rules of the game. I'm first interrested by management in game. I made modds for Cities XXL and I could see how the XLN modders destroyed the strategic spirit of this excellent game.
Also I do only growable modds and this why I don't know how to make prop.

@Fynboen you can add this to the RICO list:click the RICO menu - setting - search the asset -click the "add local"box and the "save"box,then youll find the asset in the RICO list when you reload the savefile.

I really like that simple building. Maybe a request: Would it be posibble to have a building like that as a kind of "Pergola"-Prop. It would fit perfect over an Pedestrian Tunnel. I hate these open Tunnels....
