aCtUaLlY, you can go even faster just by boosting.
BUT you have to do it at a 45° angle to where you're actually going.

Just press W + D or W + A before pressing shift, then let go of either D or A.

Since you don't wanna slow down when strafing, your forward speed doesn't decrease, meaning that you'll get the base speed on addition to the sideways speed.
