Mercy - Combat Medic Ziegler (OW)

Here's Mercy's Combat Medic Ziegler skin (I originally ported for SFM) as a ragdoll, playermodel, and npc! :D

Includes:

- Bodygroups
- Jigglebones (pm/npc)
- Original rigging
- TF2 scaling (more or less) and bone names (ragdoll only)
- Facial flexes (HL2, plus from the original SFM HWM)
- PM/NPC uses the Proportion Trick
- Viewmodel (PM)
- Staff and pistol as props (NO, I will not make them sweps or anything)

I focused more of my time on the ragdoll rather than the PM/NPC, main reason being that I don't care much for those, and I've always had some weird issues with doing the proportion trick (but would rather use it, than have the PM being stretched and horrible). Don't expect the PM to be perfect, it's mostly there because I don't want people begging me to make a pm otherwise (but it's hopefully decent enough, only issue is with the fingers in thirdperson), that's all.

Some sacrifices had to be made in order to port the model to Gmod, that's why there are less bones compared to the SFM version, Gmod only supports 128 bones. So, the skirt rigging is a little bit funny, because I had to delete many of it's bones, but combine the weights from those, onto the existing bones.

Special thanks/credits (as stated on the SFM version), to StealthClobber for dealing with the textures properly so they look more like they do in Overwatch (in terms of where the phong will shine, etc).
