Any mod/overhaul that changes the sprites for the class would more than likely not be compatible with a palette expansion, as any new sprites added by a mod/overhaul do not exist in my palette expansion and when they are referenced by the game would either crash the game or display a 'missing sprite' error (the white box you saw). More than likely the mod you are using changed the original sprites (white haired vamp) which is why it had no error. Hope this helps :)
I am using the overhaul for vamp yeah, I didn't think that would cause a problem but now that I think about it I should have checked that first.
And it was the purple and brown hair ones.
Sorry I did not notice your comment until now. I have not played DD in quite some time though last I checked the skins still worked properly. Nevertheless I did test the mod with only the Vamp class mod enabled and it seemed to work just fine (I have all the dlc enabled). May I ask which skin had the problem (hair color) and also if you were using any other mods that might have changed the Vamp (overhauls and the like).
