the fix for the riposte sound effect is easy. Just go into: Steam/Steamapps/workshop/content/262060/927374978

The last series of numbers is the number for this mod. Go there, then into Heroes, then into the art file, and near the bottom you'll see this:

riposte_skill: .id "riposte1" .anim "attack_sword" .fx "riposte" .targchestfx "blood_splatter"

You need to change the

.fx "riposte"

into

.fx "smite"

that should fix it. DD1 is incredibly moddable. I haven't tested it out yet, but this should work... unsure how many people will be reading this in 2025, though xd

I'd love this mod if it didn't make holy lance move up two ranks instead of the default one. kinda ruins my whole team comp

the only thing what i would love to change is that the ripsote duration would go up for 1 turn because u either need to spam bullwark of faith or u dont use it at all :/
