These commands are not officially supported by AMG or TWI for consumer use. In some instances, various UI elements will stretch or overlap eachother, and buttons may become unusable. This can make your overall experience of Rising Storm 2 less than desirable. Try to stick with commonly accepted aspect ratios and resolutions. Before applying changes to your settings be certain the resolution you are trying to achieve is supported by your display device(s).
Setting Resolution
1.
Go to your Steam Library. Right click on Rising Storm 2: Vietnam and go to Properties.

2.
From the Properties window click on Set Launch Options.

3.
In the launch options field use -ResX=(value) to set the games width. Use the command -ResY=(value) to set the games height. For example if you wanted the game to start at 1024x768 you would enter the following into the field: -ResX=1024 -ResY=768

Once you have entered your commands click on OK.

4.
From here you are free to launch Rising Storm 2.

@Fuzzy466 Sorry for deleting your comment. I didn't mean to. lol
These commands effect the entire game and not just certain sections of the user interface. The UI is designed to slide and scale with the aspect ratio. Unfortunetly in some aspect ratios (mainly 5:4) parts of the interface can become cut off. If you are refuring to the radio UI I would recommend just changing the aspect ratio from within the game itself. The commander radio UI only has issues with 5:4 and some 4:3 resolutions, so change to something like 16:9.
