Actually, the Devs of Deus Ex just had this code as their apartmeny code.

LOL. 0451 is a reference to Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, not a reference to Deus Ex. Oftentimes, devs will make the first safe code "451" as an in-joke.

0451, Morgan's office code, is a refrence to Deus Ex, the first one, where it was the first combonation in the game to the com room right outside of UNATCO headquaters and it is a easter egg used in dozens of games like Dishonred to name another arcane title

There's a safe in Dr Thorstein's office in Hardware Labs. There's a note on the side of the container with the following written on it:
"If you forget code:
Es & Xe"
Es is Einsteinium with atomic number 99,
and Xe is Xenon with atomic number 54.
code to the safe 9954.
while small, I thought this was an extremely clever feature by Arkane.
