Security Forces VIP Head (Original Goattee)

So uhm... This is my first Mod Submission here in Insurgency. Idk how it works, & again, this is my first time, so Idek what I'm doing here.

Anyway, this is a simple texture replacement mod specifically focused on the Security Forces' VIP's Head, which changes from a simple adult face to a battle worn goattee face from a British Member from Day of Infamy.

And it should be compatible with any VIP reskins.
