Merchandise Mart was, at one point, the largest building in the world. This art deco megalith was built in the 1930s as a retail destination for Chicago's booming downtown, and remains a bustling landmark for shopping, riverside views, and built-in connection to L trains (not included - yet!).

Scale - 1:1
Tris - 1,885
Footprint - 12x29 (places at 12x13)
Height - 340 ft (100m)

Unique building based off the Grand Mall (naturally), but this would be a perfect high density commerce RICO.

Note - Because I was limited to 12x13, I couldn't place all the lights that the actual building has around the top rim, so only the crown is illuminated and you can do the rest in your game if you want; it still looks nice though. (If anyone knows how to get a bigger footprint in the asset editor, hmu)

Hey can you try to make the Tribune Tower or the Wrigley Building
AmiPolizeiFunk 30 เม.ย. 2017 @ 12: 01pm
for the bigger footprint, slice it into parts and add them as sub-buildings

@mcarn101 these are awesome suggestions - I think I see what kind of building you like! Btw, I believe 330 N Wabash is available on the workshop as the AMA Plaza. Thanks for the list. Keep an eye out for 900 N Michigan soon.

@honker, I'm loving all these new Chicago Assets! Thanks. I've drawn up a fairly long list of possible things you could work on if you want (some of these might exist on the workshop already but i'll put them on anyway):

*Chicago Water Tower
*Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago
*35 East Wacker Building
*Chicago Temple Building
*Chicago Avenue Pumping Station
*Wrigley Building
*Adler Planetarium
*Pritzker Pavilion or Millenium Park (which i'm sure will be really difficult)
*Tribune Tower
*Mather Tower
330 North Wabash (IBM Building)
*Blackstone Hotel
*Hyde Park-Kenwood National Bank Building
*Studebaker Building
*Chicago Union Station (as a functioning Rail, Bus and Metro Hub)

Let me know what you think of the list and thanks again for all the assets!
