The Psycho is a whole new character,
He has got a knife and some bombs as a nice present, just for the monsters in The Basement! He likes blood, so when he smells enough blood, he'll get a little more agressive...

it's strange character, but interesting, you have a choice, clear all rooms or go in next level Because of psychotic scale, starting with bad damage, but you can have damage up-0.10, but knife is not bad for killing everyone.

hello dude. i played with your character a while ago and i loved it. but its base speed is very low, and it takes too long to finish a level, and its also very hard to dodge fast enemies, do you think you could increase its speed a bit please??
maybe increase it to 0.80 or Maggie's base speed (0.85) and it would be perfect :)
and, although this character starts with the knife, i think its current base attack is way too low and it also depends heavily on the bonus damage provided by its item Psycho, could you increase its base attack to 2.50 please?? it's a point below Isaac's base attack, and i think it would be way better and still fair.

我第一次知道妈刀低攻不如硫酸。。唯一一次通关是四层变了个小蓝人，低攻妈刀有点受苦啊

if theres no knife its still a unique character, every 30 kills he gains more DMG
