Pregnant extracted from the game files of Dead Space 2.

Belly can be opened with controlling bones (might be a bit glitchy, thanks to weight limit) and the face can be partially moved.

For posing purposes.

this is why you don't have sex with an unintelligent zombie. Go for one that has smarts, examples include, a lich, a wight or a vampire (not the vampires from the Twilight Saga, besides Alucard and Seras killed Edward and Bella respectively)

He surely can, if he will idk but we finally have the Model on our Hands and i can close a Game and dont need to care about another extraction so sure and thanks in advance.
