Weapons
At Level 3 you will unlock the Whirlwind Machine Pistols. I highly recommend using these pistols until level 15. They argueably have the highest damage output at close range, and make the berserker extremely deadly.

Remember to use the Right+Click option to narrow the spread which is simply devestating, and can even be used effectively at mid-range.

At level 15 you will unlock the Supernova. The Supernova is a silenced Sub Machine Gun with an extremely high rate of fire. This gun can do more damage at a bit further range, but more importantly you will not show up on radar while firing.

I recommend NOT to the Right+Click which let's you aim down the sites. In my experience, the Supernova does too little damage at longrange, and at close range you are more accurate if you simply fire from the hip.

Also, remember that in ballistic overkill your accuracy improves while standing still. Since the Supernova is Silenced, it makes for a great camping weapon. If you have not been spotted, stand still and hip-fire to improve your accuracy and damage output.

At level 16 or 17 (I forget), you will unlock the Quickfix Machine Pistols. I recommend swapping the Whirlwind Pistols out in exchange for the Quickfix. The Quickfix has a slightly larger clip size, and does a LOT more headshot damage. The other stats are roughly the same as the Whirlwind, making the Quickfix superior.

Remember to use the Right+Click fire to narrow the spread like stated previously.

These are the only weapons I suggest using as the Berserker. Some may find success with shotguns or the Felon assault rifle depending on your playstyle.

Berserker Perks
*Perks in Bold are what I recommend using*
Every Berserker will have access to Fury Mode. After each kill you receive 30% damage resistance for 6 seconds which combine with perks listed below:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go Ballistic
Berserker gains +10% damage. While in Fury Mode, Berserker gains an extra +15% damage.

Hit and Run
While moving, Berserker gains +40% accuracy and +40% recoil reduction. While in Fury Mode, Berserker also gains +10% movement speed.

Guts
Fury Mode is active at all times, but it’s bonus resistance is reduced to 15% (instead of 30%).

Shotgun Expert
Berserker gains +3 meters to the range of all weapons and +25% reload speed. While in Fury Mode, Berserker gains an extra +15% reload speed.

Bloodlust
Berserker gains +5% rate of fire and an extra 5% per kill. Caps at 3 kills (20% rate of fire). While in Fury Mode, Berserker gains an extra 10% rate of fire.

Hide in Plain Sight
While shooting, Berserker is invisible on the map. While in Fury Mode, Berserker gains +90% fall damage resistance and his footsteps volume is reduced by 50%.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My recommendations:
Personally, I use the Bloodlust, and Go Ballistic Perks. The bloodlust perk is essential as it improves your rate of fire which is amazing when paired with weapons which already have high rates of fire and drastically speeds up how quickly you can kill someone. The Go Ballistic Perk will further improve your damage.

Here's a breakdown of the buffs I receive using Bloodlust and Go Ballistic:
+ 5% Rate of Fire + 5% per kill (capped at 3) = 20%+ rate of fire after 3 kills
+ 10% damage
+ 30% damage resistance for 6 seconds after each kill
+ 10% rate of fire for 6 seconds after each kill
+ 15% damage for 6 seconds after each kill
Note: these buffs stack, so for 6 seconds after each kill I get 15-30%+ rate of fire, and 25%+ extra damage.

Alternatively, I would suggest using the Guts Perk instead of the Go Ballistic Perk. Guts will keep Fury Active at all times, but lowers the resistance bonus to 15%

Here's a breakdown using Guts and Bloodlust:
+ 15% Rate of Fire Active At all Times + 5% per Kill (capped at 3) = 30% rate of fire after 3 kills
+ 15% damage resistance Active At all Times

I feel the alternate perk setup is great for those of you who are unable to get kills quickly.
Playstyle
This section I'll explain what has helped me the most.

Map Awareness:
Since the berserker is a close range class, you should try to keep out of sight from snipers, and avoid staying in one place for too long.

Health Packs:
I find it critical to know where all the healthkits are on every map. They are indicated on your radar. It's VERY important to back off after each encounter to restore your health. Also, keep in mind that in certain game modes like Team Deathmatch there are Full Heal packs typically located in the center of the map. Make a habbit of collecting those when possible.

Bunny Hopping: Tapping the spacebar while sprinting gives you a slight speedboost. This also makes it harder for enemies to hit you. This skill is hard to learn, but it is extremely useful for the berserker.

Agression
Ballistic Overkill has latency, which basically means what you see on your screen is about half a second ahead of what the other players are experiencing, and same vise versa. What this means is that when you notice someone is shooting you, you die a moment after even if you get behind cover, and you are left thinking "how did he shoot me through a wall?" The answer is, they didn't shoot you through the wall, on their screen you never got behind the wall, and it only showed you behind the wall on your screen as the server lags about half a second behind. Make sense?

Anyway, if you are able to grasp that, you can use it to your advantage. Make a habbit of popping out at enemies first, do NOT wait for them to come to you. You want to engage every battle unless of course you are camping in a corner where they won't notice you.

Flanking
Flanking is very important. Learn the maps, learn where you can run behind or to the side, and learn where vantage points are. There are also a lot of jumps that people are unaware of that'll allow you to catch snipers off guard. It's also important to note that there is fall damage in the game, but on some maps it can actually be negated if there's a healthpack nearby, so don't be afraid to take a little fall damage.

Tanks
Do NOT be afraid of tanks. At close range you can kill a tank in 1 second or less.

Spawns
Some players (especially snipers) like to camp right outside the shield of their spawn. As a berserker you can actually kill these players very easily as (in combiantion with the latency issue above), you can easily do enough damage to kill them before they go behind the barrier.

Swapping Weapons
Using the mousewheel to swap weapons is critical. Make a habbit of swapping weapons instead of reloading when in a dangerous area. This has saved my life so many times as the enemy will normally waste time reloading while you can quickly swap and fire before they get a chance to.

Example Video:
Here is a demonstration of how I play as the Berserker Class while getting a 3.1 K/D Average. Consider watching part of it to get a general idea of how to play the class:

Not worth it not. You will enter the match and give cheater frag.

Não vale a pena o jogo. Servidores vazios e os poucos que tem tem cheater. Vai entrar e dar frag pra cheater e ficar chateado. Não tem nenhuma medida de proteção por ser jogo indie e utilizarem servidores de baixo custo.
