love your buildings! unfortunately these are coming with
LOW LANDVALUE
after some time- despite they are surounded by many parks and services,
accordingly all residents are leaving :(

just plopped these in-game. LOVE THEM. they are just what I needed for Berlin :medkit: It's interesting how the fences on the roofs are lit up by the flashing red lights. Are those fences geometry, or props, or alpha-channel textures? just curious
