I did every step but now the game wont launch.
Tried to uninstall completely and delete all files to restart from scratch but same again :(

I can see it's a bit unclear. It just means that you need to apply the same settings in your nvidia drivers, for the shortcut Steam uses to launch the game.
Should be the game the driver panel suggests when you open it and go to program settings.

I'm just getting into this game and have followed all of the steps that you have to mod SoC, but I'm not sure how to do the following as you mentioned: "If you have the Steam version of STALKER, you need to apply the same settings to the desktop Shortcut as well."
Would you please let me know what I need to do to make the edits to the Steam Desktop Shortcut? (or if anyone else knows how to do this, that would be most appreciated.)

Is this also for ReSahde? I only ask because you have several ReShade settings I have utilized previously and I'd like to continue using ReShade for my Rumble video series.
