i got a enhanced fat man and really good power armor out of the same lunchbox and put it on a guy that already had 4 strength and he STILL cant 1 shot a R A D R O A C H

and the sad thing is i got a bunch of legendary guns on 1 vault and started a new one because too many creatures just came in and destroyed everyone so i started a new vault and still got some legends. what im trying to say is, its sad how i dont get the ''collect 20 legendary guns'' achievments just because my first vault was destroyed
