I intend to make this a long-form let’s play Narcosis series. I have followed this game’s development for some time and am very excited to play it now that it’s been released. (It doesn’t hurt that the Narcosis game looks great and also clicks with my diver training.) There’s something compelling about the underwater world of Narcosis, and the Narcosis blind playthrough will focus on exploring the environment, finding any bits of lore, and enjoying the Narcosis gameplay. All in all, the Narcosis gameplay looks compelling and I’m hoping to play more of it. So join me for a let’s play Narcosis blind series!

In Narcosis, we are cast in the shoes of a hard-suit diver at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. Clad in our “walking coffin,” we begin with flashbacks to our suit training and continue by exploring a little of the ocean floor. Soon, though, an earthquake strikes and we dive into the central Narcosis story. Overall, the Narcosis gameplay offers a lot to love, including the ability to explore underwater, carefully manage your health (oxygen), and get spooked by some creepy sound design and imagery. The Narcosis game requires players to press forward in the hopes of reaching a submarine and evacuate. Overall, Narcosis gameplay is quite interesting, so come and join me for an interesting unwater horror romp and let’s play Narcosis.

In Episode 1 of the Narcosis blind playthrough, we take our first steps underwater and witness the disaster that sets the Narcosis story in motion. I’m very curious to see where things go from here, particularly because this is the first game that really gets me underwater as just a human being in a suit. Get ready for some interesting times as we play Narcosis blind!

Despite being short, I enjoyed my time with the Narcosis game and Narcosis gameplay and am happy to be doing a full let's play Narcosis series. So join me for a Narcosis full playthrough series that promises some aquatic jump scares and an intriguing story. I hope you all enjoy the Narcosis blind playthrough for what it is and come lets play Narcosis! Also, the game is also Narcosis VR; it came out for Oculus and Vive. I’m not going to play the whole game in virtual reality, but can do a one-off video to show how it works.

Survival, horror at the sunless depths of the Pacific Ocean: Stranded on the seafloor with low light and few tools, an industrial diver takes desperate steps to surface before his oxygen — and sanity — give out.

Conceived as a student project, this first person survival story unfolds following an industrial catastrophe, from inside a half-ton, high-tech dive suit — a “walking coffin." Influenced and inspired by a growing appetite for unconventional horror and narrative-driven games, Narcosis is rooted in reality, but steeped in the surreal.

Features:
- Pressure Kills: High-stress situations accelerate oxygen intake, distorting sight, sound, space and time.
- Hostile Waters: A knife, flashlight and flares are essential to surviving the nightmarish flora and fauna of the abyss.
- Phantom Narrative: The survivor’s account unfolds in inexplicable ways alongside the player’s journey.
- Beyond Good and Evil: No shadowy organizations or eldritch terrors at Narcosis’ dark heart, only primal fears and human limits.
- Terror Verite: Primal fears — darkness, confinement and isolation — take on new levels of immersion when experienced in VR.
