The Game Crashes Randomly (10-20 Minutes After Starting The Game).

First You Need To Go To The Task Manager.
Go To Services And Search For TabletInputService.
Right Click On It And Click Deactivate.
Now Try To Launch The Game If It Runs Without Crashing For More Than 20 Minutes The Bug Is Fixed And Remember To Start the Service Again After Exiting The Game(TabletInputService).

Eu sei que esse tópico é antigo, mas se estiver alguém com problema e nada disso resolver, uma coisa que rolou comigo e funciona é ir no diretório do jogo, no caso "C:\Users\(nome do seu pc)\Documents\My Games\Capcom\RE4" e clica no "config" que é parâmetro de configuração, e coloca o "Variable Framerate" em 0.

I Don't Think So, But U Can Try.
Isn't error 0x000000 related to RAM issues?
(If U Are Using The Re4 HD Mod This, MAYBE, Could Be Causing It.)
(Also It Could Be Some Missing C++ Or DxD Version.)

My fix was:

Install GeDoSaTo from https://github.com/PeterTh/gedosato (download as zip and extract the pack directory)

Then going to documents/mygames/capcom/re4 and editing config.ini to set fullscreen to 0

Then I ran GeDoSaTo followed by the game and it worked. The resolution was too high so I had to edit the game res in the config and GeDoSaTo
